CATRIONA MOVING UP IN SECOND ROUND IN MEXICO
Catriona Matthew had a first-round three under-par 69 over a course in excess of 6,600yd for the Lorena Ochoa Invitational at Guadalajara, Mexico.
The North Berwick player started the second round in fourth place, two shots behind joint leaders Juli Inkster and Suzann Pettersen.
In the course of the second round, Catriona has moved up to third place.
The 72-hole tournament has a prize fund of $1million.
