MIDLOTHIAN COUNTY LADIES GOLF ASSOCIATION ANNUAL MEETING

The 92nd MCLGA AGM and prizegiving took place at Liberton Golf Club last night.
At the AGM, the members paid tribute to Agnes Leslie (Merchants) who stood down as County Secretary after 10 years fantastic work for the County. A presentation was made by our County Champion Karen Marshall on behalf of the members. Agnes, pictured right with Karen Marshall,  is succeeded by Hilary Anderson (Craigmillar Park)

At the AGM we celebrated a great year for Midlothian. Having won the East Division Inter-County matches for the third year in a row, we went on to win the Scottish County Finals at

Dumfries and County Golf Club in September. The Captain thanked the team and the members for all their support during 2011.  We have a fantastic team spirit where everyone works for and supports each other. We also have a brilliant group of caddies and supporters and people who give up their time to make the County successful.
