JODI EWART LYING FOURTH AFTER ROUND 4 OF LPGA Q SCHOOL

 

Jodi Ewart has moved up from joint ninth to fourth after four rounds of the LPGA Tour Final Qualifying School over the Champions and Legends courses at LPGA International, Daytona Beach in Florida.

The Yorkshire player, pictured by Cal Carson Golf Agency, has had rounds of 70-73-74-70 for one-under-par 287 and is nine shots behind the long-time leader, Christine Song who has had scores of 66-70-70-72 for 10-under-par 288.

But Christine's big lead has been cut to four shots - still a big lead but not quite as commanding as it was at the start of the day.

Anna Scott from Consett, Co Durham failed to beat the cut which came at 300 or better for those who moved on to the final rounds.

Anna scored 75-78-78-73 for 304 and was joint 96th.
