DO YOU WANT TO GO TO NEXT JANUARY'S FLORIDA WOMEN'S TOUR?
By COLIN FARQUHARSON

Calling Britain and Ireland's low-handicap girl and lady golfers.
Did you follow Kirkwoodgolf's reports and scores from the Orange Blossom Tour in Florida over recent weeks and maybe thought to yourself "I would like to play on it some day?"
Your chance has come sooner than you thought.
Raleigh Gowrie, the sports performance manager of the University of Stirling - whose girls' golf squad go over to Florida every January, is offering to help any player - not just students - who wants to play the 2013 Orange Blossom Tour with her arrangements and the University of Stirling staff would provide a chaperone service during the three weeks in Florida.
We'll have more details as the months go on. This is just to sow the seed in your thoughts. You can play on the 2013 Orange Blossom Tour and it's a heart-warming gesture by Raleigh Gowrie to say he will be the "shepherd" to the British/Irish flock.
Raleigh Gowrie is currently on holiday. We'll have more to say on the subject when he returns but he did tell Kirkwoodgolf before he left:
"My estimated cost per person for this three-week week trip is somewhere in the region of £1,600 all in."
The dates of the 2013 Orange Blossom Tour events have still to be fixed but, as a guide, this year's dates and venues were:
January 4 to 7: Harder Hall Invitational at Sebring, Florida.
January 10 to 14: South Atlantic Amateur (The Sally) at Oceanside CC, Ormond Beach, Florida.
January 16 to 21: Jones-Doherty match-play tournament at Coral Ridge CC, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
