CRAIGIELAW WIN 5-1 AGAIN IN SPAIN, DEESIDE HELD TO A DRAW
GABRIELLE MACDONALD (member of Craigielaw junior team)
reports from the Junior Inter-Club Home Internationals in Southern Spain
Craigielaw won 5-1 again today against Mold from Wales.
We had wins from: Ewan Donaldson (77), Jack Dow (76), Ollie Duffy (85) and Marcus Cullen (93). Willem Kerr (79) and I (80) both got halves.
Most of the matches were close and team did well to finish ahead. The two halves were turned around in the last few holes. I made birdie on 18 to halve the match.
We are playing last year's winners, West Essex, on Sunday.

Day 3 in Antequera
Today we played Celtic Manor from Wales and the match resulted in a 3-3 draw. Conditions were much easier. This was reflected in the scoring as all the team improved their scores from the day before with Lewys shooting a fantastic 74, nett 70.
However, the round still took over six hours to complete.
We now have a player and officials meeting with the Sky TV production team. Thereafter we will have dinner in the hotel close to the course.
Tomorrow we will play against Bramshaw from the New Forest.
