JANICE AND CATRIONA MISS THE CUT IN ARIZONA

Janice Moodie and Catriona Matthew headed for the exit after the second round of the LPGA Tour's R R Donnelly LPGA Founders Cup tournament at Wildfire GC, Desert Ridge Resort, Phoenix, Arizona.
Janice squandered the good start she had made with a two-under-par 69 in the first round but returning a four-over 76 today. Her total of one-over-par 145 meant she missed the level-par 144 cut by one.
Catriona shot a 74 for 147.
The leaderboard is crowded with players from the Far East
Taiwan's Yani Tseng, who else?, is leading the field. She posted a 70 after an opening 65 and a nine-under tally of 135 is one shot ahead.
