MILNGAVIE TRIO REACH SEMI-FINALS AT HOME COURSE

Three Milngavie Golf Club members - Kirstin Scott, Anna Telfer and Nichola Ferguson - have reached tomorrow morning's semi-finals of the Dunbartonshire and Argyll women's county championship over their home course. The odd one in is Lorraine Campbell (Cardross). Telfer, Campbell and Ferguson were also in last year's semi-finals after which Ferguson beat Telfer in the final. This year Ferguson and Telfer meet in the second semi-final with top seed Scott playing Campbell. Anna Telfer was inches away from a hole in one on the par-3 sixth hole in her morning 6 and 5 win over.Jennifer Gough (Clydebank & Dist).
