GOING DOWN ... LIAM JOHNSTON; GOING UP ... CHRIS ROBB

Liam Johnston from Dumfries, a freshman student at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga, came tumbling down the individual standings from T13 to T92 after a second-round, nine-over-par 80 in the NCAA Division 1 championship at Riviera Country Club, Los Angeles.
Johnston, now on nine-over 151 (one shot ahead of the highly-rated Jordan Spieth) had no birdies and no double bogeys, just nine bogeys and nine pars.
Team-mate and fellow Scot Chris Robb went in the other direction. He was one over par with a 72 for 148, which saw him climb to T59. Chris, from Banchory, Aberdeenshire had four birdies and five bogeys.
Irish Kevin Phelan (North Florida) is leading the Brits and Irish in the quality field of 156 players. He had a 71 for 143 and is T10 behind new leader Thomas Pieters (Illinois) who has shot 69-68 for 137, to be two clear of Anton Arboleda (UCLA) (67-72) and Tyler McCumber (Florida) (68-71)
England's Tom Berry is T37 on 146 with a pair of 73s while Irishman Paul Dunne (Alabama-Birmingham) is T69 on 149 (75-74)
