JESS SCHIELE JOINT 56th IN NAIA WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP

Jess Schiele from Grimsby, a student at Oklahoma City University, is lying T56 in a field of 143 players after the first round of the NAIA Women's Championship at Links Hill Golf and Country Club, Greeneville, Tennessee.
Over, a par-73 course of 6,044yd, Jess shot a five-over 78 and is seven shots behind the joint leaders, Thomas University's Jessica Macphee - sounds as though her ancestors came from Scotland - and Pauline Schoop (Shorter University).
