SLGA NAME TEAMS TO REPRESENT SCOTLAND

RACHEL WALKER (Dumfries and Galloway), named in the Scotland squad for the European girls team championship in Germany .... The Scottish Ladies Golf Union has named the following players for forthcoming representative events:
ST RULE TROPHY (St Andrews, June 2-3): Laura Murray (Alford), Eilidh Briggs (Kilmacolm), Jane Turner (Craigielaw).

BRITISH WOMEN'S OPEN AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP (Carnoustie, June 26-30): Laura Murray (Alford), Pamela Pretswell (Bothwell Castle), Jane Turner (Craigielaw).

EUROPEAN GIRLS' TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP (GC St Leon Rot, Germany, July 10-14): Lesley Atkins (Gullane Ladies), Jessica Meek (Carnoustie Ladies), Ailsa Summer (Carnoustie Ladies), Rachel Walker (Dumfries and Galloway), Lauren Whyte (St Regulus), Clara Young (North Berwick).

R and A JUNIOR OPEN (Fairhaven GC, Lancashire July 16-18): Clara Young (North Berwick).

EUROPEAN YOUNG MASTERS (Royal Balaton, Hungary, July 26-28): Lauren Whyte (St Regulus), Clara Young (North Berwick).

CLARA YOUNG ... Faces busy month in
July when she will be playing in
Germany, then at Fairhaven GC, Lancashire,
and finally in Hungary.
