YOUNG ARGENTINA STAR BECOMES GODMOTHER TO BRITISH HOSPITAL

Somebody must have forgotten to tell Argentina's 18-year-old rising star of ladies pro golf, Victoria Tanco, that there is a "cold war" between her country and Great Britain over the Falkland Islands.
She has become the Godmother of the Buenos Aires British Hospital Women's Centre.
After finishing 17th in Brazil, at the HSBC LPGA Brazil Cup, part of the LPGA Tour, Victoria spent some days in Buenos Aires when the directors of the British Hospital made the official appointment which highlights the fact that her healthy life style constitutes an example for health prevention and care.
Victoria Tanco, who is managed by IMG, said:
“As a sportswoman I am very proud of being the godmother of a centre that looks after women´s health, both prevention and therapeutic aspects.”
