Although
we had a dissapointing entry for the Junior open the boys that did play
were treated to a top class course in great condition.
Banchory
member Jack Harking's excellent round of level par 70 won the scratch
by a five-stroke margin from Sam Kiloh (Portlethen) and Greg Morrison
(Northern).
Northern's
Ruairdh MacVinish shot 76 less his 11 handicap to take the net prize by two shots from Ben Cassie and home member Calum Sheal.

We
managed to dodge the bad weather and had a great day at Cruden Bay. The
kids had a fantastic opportunity to experience true links conditions
and the course looked in excellent shape for them.
Many thanks to Cruden Bay for hosting us this week.
