JACK McDONALD LEADING SCOT IN WORLD STUDENTS' CHAMPIONSHIPS

Stirling University golfers Jack McDonald, David Booth and Graeme Robertson shot 70, 71 and 72 respectively in the first round of the World universities' men's championships at Liberec in the Czech Republic. McDonald is sharing 11th place, Booth 20th and Robertson 28th. Leader by three shots with an eight-under-par 64 was Spain's Jacobo Pastor Lopez.
