KIMBERLEY BEVERIDGE WINS IN THE WIND AT DEESIDE
Kimberley Beveridge (Aboyne), pictured on the first tee at Deeside today, gave herself a confidence boost for this coming week's Scottish Under-21 girls' stroke-play championship at Blairgwrie by winning today's Aberdeenshire girls' medal competition in very windy conditions at Deeside Golf Club.
Kimberley shot a 79 to win by three shots from Kirsten Black (Deeside).
