AILEEN WILSON WINS HAGGS CASTLE TITLE FOR 23rd TIME

Scottish women's amateur champion in 1974 at Nairn, Aileen Wilson has won the Haggs Castle Golf Club women's championship for the 23rd time.
The first was in 1966 and her most recent victory, prior to Sunday, was in 2006.
She beat the 2010 club champion Nicky Henderson by one hole.
Aileen was three up after 12 holes but Nicky rallied to win the 14th, the 15th with a birdie 3 and the 17th to square the match. Aileen won the last hole and the title with a par 4.
