The final fixture in the North/North-east/Angus inter-area matches resulted in wins at U14s and U16s for the North-east at Brechin.
After losing both these age group matches to the North at Lossiemouth on Wednesday, the main focus for Angus was to see if Angus U18s could get the required draw to win the U18s inter-area trophy.
With the match sitting at 4-4 and Craig Lawrie one up playing the last against Calum McKay, Calum rolled it in from 20 feet to give Angus the required half point.
