DORNOCH PLAYER WINS AT ARBROATH

Royal Dornoch's Elizabeth Henderson, playing off 33 of a handicap, top-scored with 35 Stableford points to win the Scottish Ladies Golfing Association's  Barnardos Grand Final competition at Arbroath Links today. She finished 3pt clear of Stirling five-handicapper Elaine Allison and four ahead of third placed Sheena Scott who plays off 12 at Strathmore. Jane McDonald (Pitreavie) came fourth on 31pt off a handicap of 13. Anne Loftus (Langside) had a hole in one at the short fourth.
