KATY SLIPS OUT OF LEAD IN DENMARK



Carnoustie's Katy McNicoll slipped out of a share of the lead into joint second place with a 74 for one-under-par 143 in the Samso Women's Open golf tournament at Samso Golf Club, Denmark today (Friday).
McNicoll had been joint leader overnight on the 69 mark with Australia Corrie Hou who also had a 74 second time round.
New leader is Danish amateur Nicole Broch Larsen with a pair of 70s for 140 and a three-shot advantage going into the third and last round.
Pamela Prestswell from Hamilton repeated her opening 72 for 144 and a share of fifth place.
Pamela Feggans from Patna, Ayrshire is joint 10th on 147 after shaving seven shots off her first round effort of 77.
Glasgow's Gemma Webster is back in joint 42nd place on 160 (83-77).
