SCOTS VETS LOSE AGAIN AT THE HIRSEL

Scotland's hopes of winning the title in the Veteran women's golf jamboree at The Hirsel GC disappeared with a second defeat in a row. They were beaten 6-3 by England South after a first-day 5-4 defeat by England North. The Scots trailed by 2pt after the morning foursomes and never looked like making up the deficit in the singles.
