DUNBLANE PLAYER IN ST ANDREWS LAST FOUR

 Blair Carnegie (Dunblane New) is the only Scot in the last four of the St Andrews' boys' open tournament for the Merchants Trophy.
Scottish schoolboys champion Conor Syme (Dumfries and Co) was beaten 4 and 2 by Liam Sutton (Etchinghill) who will play Daniel Sutton (Walsall) in the first semi-final.
Carnegie, who won at the 19th against Jake Hogg (The Duke's), plays Louis Tomlinson (West Lancs) for a place in the final.
