KATY MCNICOLL FINISHES SECOND IN PARIS EVENT

Carnoustie's Katy McNicoll finished runner-up on Saturday in the LETAS Series event, the Fourqueux Ladies Open in Paris.
She had rounds of 75, 71 and 71 for a total of one-over-par 217. She finished five shots behind the French winner Caroline Afonso who shot 71, 71 and 70 for four-under 212 to win the 3,444 Euros top prize.
McNicoll earned 2,339 Euros.
Pamela Feggans from Ayrshire faded with a last round of 77 to joint ninth place on 221 and earned 843 Euros. 
Hamilton's Pamela Pretswell made 538 Euros from a joint 24th place finish on 225 with scores of 73, 76 and 76
Nairn Dunbar amateur Kelsey MacDonald (76-76 for 152) and Glasgow's Gemma Webster (86-76 for 162) missed the 36-hole cut.
