Just read and enjoyed the article on Kirkwoodgolf about Lydia Ko.
She is quite a story.
It's been a long time since we chatted.
I just enjoyed watching "The Sally" women's amateur event on the Orange Blossom Tour here in Florida last week.
I got a chance to meet Kelsey MacDonald. I gave her a copy of my "Pops and Sunshine" novel.
She is a great kid with good pro potential, I think. I've attached a couple of pictures I took of her at the event.
Kelsey was right there heading into the final round, but she had a little meltdown that day. I remember noticing how she would rush shots after she hit a bad one. She lost her composure and got very angry at herself. She will learn to fix that issue, I hope.

On my novel/screenplay front, a Hollywood production team has
optioned my screenplay and they hope to make the film later this year.
They are putting together the funding now for a major production.
It is very exciting. The movie, the first in more than 30 years
about the women's golf game, would be great promotion for the LPGA and
its Symetra Tour.
