ANOTHER GOOD FINISH BY JENNA BIRCH

Jenna Birch from Fleetwood, a junior (third year) student at Armstrong Atlantic University, achieved another high finish in the Pinehurst Challenge at National Club, Pinehurst, Augusta this past week.
Jenna, pictured above, finished joint second on 150 (79-71) with Elizabeth Swallow (King College) (78-72), only one shot behind the winner, Meghan Moore (UNC-Pembroke (76-73 for 149).
A field of 88 players took part.
Wingate, the host university, took the team title by six shots from runner-sup Armstrong Atlantic in a field of 16 teams.
