OLIVIA 73, RACHEL 74 AS SYMETRA TOUR TEES OFF IN FLORIDA
The LPGA's No 2 circuit, the Symetra Tour (it used to be called the Duramed Futures Tour), teed off its 2013 season today with the Florida Natural Charity Classic at Winter Haven, Florida.
Only two British competitors in the field, both of them English, although one, Rachel Connor from Manchester, has a Scottish father.
The other, from the Channel Isles, is Olivia Jordan-Higgins who played with a degree of success on the US women's college circuit.
The first round is not complete at the time of writing this message but
Olivia has returned a 73 to be T49 while Rachel Connor had a 74 to be T69.
