LESLIE AND WOOD ON COURSE FOR ABERDEENSHIRE FINAL AT KEMNAY
Top seeds and Aberdeen Ladies clubmates Sammy Leslie and Sheena Wood remain on course to reach Sunday afternoon's final of the Aberdeenshire women's county golf champion at Kemnay Golf Club.
No 1 qualifier Leslie did not have to play the last four holes in reach the semi-finals.
Wood, defending champion and seeking her sixth county title in all, beat the 2009 champion,
Sara Mathieson (Murcar Links) by 3 and 2 in a hard-fought quarter-final tie.
In the semi-finals it will be Leslie against Susan Murray (Murcar Links) and young Kimberley Beveridge (Aboyne) v
