RACHAEL WATTON TO PLAY IN PLGC SLOT ANGUS DOUBLE-HEADER

Scotland international Rachael Watton (Mortonhall), a student at Denver University, is to play in two July events on the Paul Lawrie Golf Centre Scottish Ladies Open Tour.
"I am definitely going to play at Downfield on July 2 and Carnoustie Burnside on July 3," said Rachael (pictured) in an E-mail from America.
The organisers hope that more players meantime at university in Britain as well as the States will take the opportunity to test their skills alongside the lady pros in the remaining events on the PLGC SLOT.

Other players who will be making their debuts on the Tour over the next few months include professionals Kelsey MacDonald and Pamela Pretswell and amateur Gemma Dryburgh.
