Georgia Hall, the highest world-ranked player in the tournament, and Hayley Davis will form an all-Dorset lead-off pair for Great Britain and Ireland in the 28th Vagliano Trophy match.
The two-day contest against trophy holders Continent of Europe, within which the 2nd Junior Vagliano Trophy match for Under-16s will also be held at the woodland course of Chantilly Golf Club, about 30 miles from Paris, tees off at 8am Friday with a programme of four foursomes followed by eight singles in the afternoon.
Remedy Oak Golf Club member Hall, at 17 years of age the first player to hold both the British women's and the British girls' titles at the same time, is ranked No 6 in the world. Davis, a 20-year-old student at Baylor University, Texas is a member at Ferndown Golf Club.
Hayley is No 55 in the Women's World Amateur Golf Rankings.
Their opponents will be two players from Denmark, Nicole Broch Larsen and Emily Kristine Pedersen. It should be a quality alternate-shot match as Pedersen is ranked No 14 in the world and Larsen No 21.
GB and I captain Tegwen Matthews, trying to prise the Vagliano Trophy out of the Continentals' grasp - they have won the biennial contest in 2007, 2009 and 2011 - relies on two teenagers for her second pairing, Curtis Cup player Bronte Law (Bramhall), 18, and Gabriella Cowley, 17, from Brocket Hall.
They will play Celine Boutier (France), winner of the European women's individual amateur title last autumn, and Natalie Escuriola (Spain). Boutier is ranked No 16 and Escuriola No 26.
Amy Boulden (Conwy) and Alexandra Peters (Notts Ladies) are GB and I's representatives in the third foursome against two Germans, Sophia Popov and Karolin Lampert who, at No 12, is the highest world ranked player in the Continent of Europe line-up.
Completing the Vagliano Trophy morning matches, Stephanie Meadow (Royal Portrush), No 7 in the world, and teenager Amber Ratcliffe (Royal Cromer) will go in for GB and I against an all-Spanish pairing of Camilla Hedberg and Noemi Jimenez.
The three Junior Vagliano Trophy foursomes matches will be played at 8.40, 8.50 and 9.00.
GB and I skipper of the Under-16s team, Elaine Farquharson-Black (Deeside) has paired 16-year-old Sophie Madden (West Essex) with Samantha Fuller (Roehampton), at 14 years of age the youngest player in the visiting line-up. They will lead off against Spain's Covadonga San Juan and Alejandra Pasarin in the junior foursomes.
Sophie Lamb (Clitheroe) teams up with Fiona Liddell who has made the trip to Chantilly from Germany where her father is a
Scottish-born club professional. Fiona was born in Germany and is being educated at a German school. She speaks the language fluently.
They will play Csilla Rosza Laytai (Hungary) and Eva Gilly (France).
The last of the three GB and I Junior Vagliano Trophy ties sees Northern Ireland's Olivia Mehaffey (Royal Co Down Ladies) play with Alice Hewson (Berkhamsted), winner of the Scottish Under-16 girls' open title this year, as her partner against Mathilda Cappeliez (France) and Albane Valenzuela (Switzerland).
