JOANNE OLIVER WINS WPGA ONE-DAY EVENT AT SOUTH HERTS GC
Joanne Oliver (Knebworth) won the first prize of £350 in today's WPGA One-day Series event at South Herts Golf Club.
She shot a one-under-par 70 to finish two shots ahead of Suzanne Dickens (Nene Park Golf club) who collected £275.
Joint third on 76 were Marie Allen (Motocaddy), Sophie Daws (Pentland Golf) and Charlotte Hope (Marriott Forest of Arden) who each earned £108.

WPGA members would be made very welcome at the next two events on the Paul Lawrie Scottish Ladies Tour - at Fairmont St Andrews (Torrance Course) on Monday, August 26), followed by The Duke's Course, also at St Andrews, on Tuesday, August 27.
Both stand-alone competitions will have prize funds of £3,000 each and are open to any lady professional or girl/lady/senior lady amateur with a single-figure handicap.
Entry fee is £50. There is no joining membership fee.
