LANARKSHIRE GIRLS WIN KENNEDY SALVER FOR SECOND YEAR IN ROW

Lanarkshire Juniors won the West of Scotland Girls' Inter County Matches for the Kennedy Salver at Kirkintilloch Golf Club on Monday for the second year in a row. They were 2-1 down after the morning foursomes but won five of their six singles in the afternoon. It all depended on the last match, Lanarkshire winning against Ayrshire.
