MOLLY STEWART WINS ABERDEENSHIRE GIRLS' MEDAL AT PETERCULTER

Molly Stewart (Murcar Links), pictured above, returned to form at Peterculter Golf Club today to win the Aberdeenshire girls' monthly medal competition with a gross 75.
She finished one shot ahead of Scottish Under-14 girls champion Shannon McWilliam (Aboyne) with Lauren Watson (Deeside) third on 77.
Molly Stewart also had the best net overall - a 69 off six - but a competitor cannot win two prizes so Shannon McWilliam pipped Lauren Watson (Deeside) for the leading handicap prize. Both players finished on net 72, playing off five.
CSS was unchanged.
