RENFREWSHIRE WITHOUT EILIDH AND IONA FOR COUNTY FINALS

Stirling student and Scotland international Eilidh Briggs (Kilmacolm), pictured left, will be missing from the Renfrewshire team for the Scottish women's county championship finals at Stirling Golf Club from September 20 to 22.

She will be golfing abroad, representing Stirling University at the time.

Iona Stephen (Ranfurly Castle), another member of the Renfrewshire team which won the West Division championship, is unavailable due to work commitments and is very disappointed at not being able to play in the county finals.

New county member Katrina Milne, who has years of experience at a significant golfing level, will be a great addition to the line-up, says county captain Maureen Woodhead.
