Scotland almost took a 3-0 foursomes lead over England on Day 2 of the Girls Home International Matches but Annabel Dimmock and Sammy Fuller came back from three down after 13 to salvage
half a point from the last tie against Heather Munro and Fiona Liddell to make the scoreline going into the six afternoon singles:

Ireland led Wales 2-1 after the morning foursomes on another bright, sunny day at St Annes Old Links Golf Club, a mile or two south of Blackpool
