It looks absolutely stunning on the website with snowcapped mountains
behind them. Meghan (pictured right) said the greens were like ‘green-painted moguls!’
they were so fast and undulating!!!
Meghan placed 5th
on a three-round aggregate of six over – the winner was Grace Na from Pepperdine
University on a tremendous score of 6 under with another Pepperdine girl
2nd on 4 under.
The other UK girls playing were Rachel Watton (Denver) (tied 12th on 10 over); Sophie Godley (Florida International) (tied 14th on 11 over); Sian Evans (East Tennessee State) (tied 18th on 12 over), Nicola Haynes (James Madison) T53 on 26 over and Katie Reid (Arkansas-Little Rock) (T79 on 42 over).

Pepperdine romped home with the team title by 36 shots and Florida International were a creditable 8th out of 18 teams. This is FIU’s first season in this new Conference – they finished 8th
out of 15 teams a few weeks ago in their first outing of the season
‘The Mary Fossum Invitational’ at Michigan State – Meghan was 11th out of 90 players on a total of 8 over.
