HEIDI AND JESSICA JOINT SEVENTH AT STARMOUNT FALL CLASSIC
England's Heidi Baek from Suffolk and Jessica Gregory from Sittingbourne - both students at Maryland University, finished joint seventh in a field of 84 players at the UNCG Starmount Fall at Starmount Country Club, Greensboro, North Carolina.
Heidi (pictured right) had rounds of 70, 77 and 72 for a total of six-over-par 219 over the par-71 course of 6,265yd.
Jessica (pictured below) scored 75, 70 and 74 for 219.
Winner was Agathe Sauzon of Chattanooga University whose women's golf head coach is a Scot, Colette Murray.
Agathe had rounds of 70, 71 and 69. She won by three shots.
Chattanooga (876) won the team title ahead of Campbell (878) with Maryland (884) third.
PAUL McPHEE MAKES TOP TEN IN OREGON
Paul McPhee from Perth, a student at Lynn University, Boca Raton
in Florida, finished joint seventh in a field of 75 players at the Golfweek Fall Invitational at Sunriver Resort's Crosswater Club in Oregon.
Paul shot 77, 74 and 78 for a total of 229 in a tournament of relatively high scoring all round, which suggests the weather was not very good.
Winner with a one-over-par total of Brandon Hort (CSU-Monterey Bay) with scores of 76, 68 and 73 for 217. He won by five shots
Lynn University (924) finished fifth of 15 in the team event behind winners CSU-Monterey Bay (893).
