PAMELA PRETSWELL PULLS OUT FROM TODAY'S DRUMPELLIER EVENT
Pamela Pretswell, one of the pre-tournament favourites to win today's Paul Lawrie Scottish Ladies Open Tour 18-hole event at Drumpellier Golf Club has withdrawn.
Here is her message to Tournament Director Nicola Melville;
"I'm really sorry but I unfortunately need to withdraw from Drumpellier today - I am just home from France and am unwell and sadly not well enough to play today. How I managed to catch the flu in 30 degrees I'm not sure! Sorry for the very late notice, I was hoping to be better this morning. Hope the day goes well. "
