CATRIONA MATTHEW ENDS 2013 LPGA TOUR SEASON WITH A SIZZLING 66
Catriona Matthew, pictured above by Cal Carson Golf Agency, found her form with a closing round of 66 in the CME Group Ttitleholders tournament, the last of the LPGATour 2013 season, at Naples, Florida today.
That gave the North Berwick player a final total of four-under-par 284 following earlier rounds of 70, 73 and 75.
Catriona, pictured by Cal Carson Golf Agency, finished on the same mark - T21 - as pro debutante Lydia Ko who had rounds of 71 71 72 and 70 despite holing any putts of note.
Both earned $16,063.
Jodi Ewart Shadoff from Yorkshire finished T41 on 291 with scores of 72, 73 76 and 70. She earned $6,635.
Catriona Matthew finished 21st in the 2013 LPGA Tour money table with a total of $627,833 from 20 competitions. This compares with the Scots' prizemoney in 2012 - $714,272, also from 20 competitions.
