DEATH IN CANADA OF FORMER SLGA CHAIRMAN FRED DAVIDSON

We regret to announce the death of past Chairman Freda Davidson on November 9 in Ontario, Canada.
Freda was Chairman of the SLGA in 1975-76, a former Captain of Lanarkshire Ladies County Golf Assocation and former member and Captain of Strathaven Golf Club.
Whilst Freda emigrated to Canada over 30 years ago, there will certainly be many friends from Scotland who remember her fondly.
Our sympathies are extended to her husband, children and their families at this sad time.
