Dear All,

 

As we come to the end of the year, I wanted to give you an update on how things are coming together for the 2014 Ladies / Girls Golf Festival taking place during the week of 15^th to 22^nd February. 

The list of confirmed entries is published above, which still shows rather disappointing numbers, but I am hopeful that these will increase as I have had several more enquiries over the last month or so. 

Even if only half of the outstanding enquiries were to confirm, then the numbers for each event would probably double!

  There has also been some interest from several Professionals but no definite entries as yet. All I would say to you professionals out there is, whilst I cannot confirm an entry fee and prize fund without an idea of numbers, if you can spread the word and get some fellow pros interested, we can organise a tournament that would give you some practice and competitive golf prior to the start of your season, with a small entry fee, and the chance to win a few euros as well!

As I always ask, please pass details of the event onto all your golfing friends, and don’t hesitate to let me know if you need me to re-send any details, entry forms, posters etc.

Finally, may I take this opportunity to wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year, and I hope to see as many of you as possible in February.
