JOB OPPORTUNITY BASED IN EDINBURGH
PERFORMANCE PROGRAMME CO-ORDINATOR REQUIRED
There has never been a more challenging and exciting time to
work in Scottish Golf. With the advent
of the 2014 Ryder Cup and clubs facing the most difficult trading environment
seen in more than a generation, there is much to be done.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with one of Scotland’s
National Governing Bodies as their Performance Programme Co-ordinator based at
their Edinburgh office.
The Scottish Ladies Golfing Association is the governing
body for ladies’ and girls’ amateur golf in Scotland and is looking to recruit an
enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to support all aspects of our
Performance pathway.
You should be highly organised, with strong communication
skills and ability to work on your own initiative for this key role within the
team.
A sound knowledge of golf or high performance sport is required,
preferably with a sports science background or able to demonstrate relevant
experience. You should have experience of working in a similar environment
within a sports-based industry.
