PRETSWELL, BOOTH AND MACDONALD OUT OF WEEKEND ACTION

FIVE SCOTS MAKE THE MOROCCO CUT

Five of the eight Scots in the field at the Ladies European Tour's Lalla Meryem Cup tournament at Golf de l'Ocean, Agadir on Morocco's Atlantic coastline made the cut.
But Carly Booth (73 for 149), Kelsey MacDonald (76 for 154) and Pamela Pretswell (76 for 155) bowed out of the weekend action.
Heather MacRae hit top form with a three-under 68, birdieing the second, 10th and 17th in a bogey-free round, and is bracketed in 19th place with Vikki Laing who had a 71 for
141. 
Laing had a triple bogey 7 at the 13th after starting at the 10th and birdieing her first three holes.
Sally Watson had two birdies and two bogeys in a 71 for 143 which leaves her in joint 36th place.
Kylie Walker (74) and Pamela Feggans (71) made it through with nothing to spare on the 145 mark.
Young Thailander Ariya Jutanugarn leads the field by two on eight-under 134 after a second-round 66.
