It must have been something of a record when EIGHT British and Irish students played in the rain-shortened Peach Belt Conference Championship at Callaway Gardens, Mountainview, Pine Mountain, Georgia on April 19.
Rain wiped out the first day's play so the championship was decided over one round.

Nicholas Ward (Georgia Southwestern), a freshman from Eastbourne, finished T17 on 75.
Oliver Van Nairn (Lander), a junior student from Middlesex, finished T22 on 76.

Robert Prior (Lander), a junior from Surrey, and Keith Egan (Clayton State), a sophomore from Newbridge, Ireland, shared 38th place on the 78 mark.
A total of 55 players took part and the individual winner was one of Godsman's team-mates at South Carolina-Aiken, Brandon Robinson-Thompson, who shot a four-under-par 68.
South Carolina-Aiken (291) claimed the team honours ahead of Georgia College (293)
Clayton State (301) came fifth, Lander (302) sixth and Georgia SW (304) joint seventh of the 11 teams.
