DUNDEE STUDENT MATTHEW REID 

WINS TROJAN INVITATIONAL

Matthew Reid, a member of Downfield Golf Club, Dundee and a final year student at Belmont Abbey College, Charlotte, North Carolina, won the Trojan Invitational college tournament at Walnut Creek Country Club, Goldsboro, North Carolina on Monday.

Matthew, captain of his college golf team, won by five strokes with scores of 73 and 74 for 147.

 Matthew completes his fourth and final year at Belmont Abbey in a few weeks but he is playing to stay on in the States, golfing and working in advertising and marketing.
