the Year.
Knowles helped lead the Warhawks to four
tournament wins and several second place finishes.
Knowles won four individual titles out of 11
 tournaments played.
“It’s been fun to watch Alison grow into a complete golfer,” said head coach Stacy Snider, “Her focus
and putting has improved greatly from last year and
she really knows how to think her way around the course.”

Sun Belt Conference for the entire (2013-2014 college
golf) year with a stroke average of 73.03 and never finished a tournament outside of the top 12, including
the LSU tournament, where ULM competed against some of the best teams in the country.
Breaking ULM records for both men and women, Knowles carded a 64 in the second round of the Red Wolves Invite.
It is the second lowest round in
Division 1 to date. It is impressive performances like
this that helped her to receive four Sun Belt Golfer of
the Month honours.
“She has already become the most decorated female golfer that the University of Louisiana-Monroe has had
and only after her second year speaks volumes to her work ethic,” said Snider.
With an impressive 3.7 GPA, it is a work ethic that is seen on and off the course.
“Hopefully her season will continue and she can get a
bid individually to Regionals in a couple weeks,” said Snider, “I’m so proud of her accomplishments and the way she represents ULM.”
