GILLIAN MONTEITH IS ANGUS CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS

Gillian Monteith (Royal Montrose) won the Angus Ladies County Golf Association champion of champions tournament at Panmure Barry (on Sunday).

She had a round of 76, winning by one shot from county champion Ann Ramsay (Kirriemuir) and by three from third-placed Claire Robertson (Carnoustie Ladies).
