WOMEN'S WORLD AMATEUR TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP

PRESSURE ON SCOTLAND'S REMAINING

PAIR, GEMMA AND GABRIELLE

Scotland are down to a team of two - every other team has three players - following the retirement of Eilidh Briggs from the Women's World Amateur Team Champion in Spain after the first round in Japan.
Gemma Dryburgh has scored 75, 76 and 73.
Scottish champion Gabrielle Macdonald has scored 79, 75 and 79.
Scotland's team total after 54 holes is 457
England are on 420, Wales 435 and Ireland 437.
The leading teams - Canada look like holding on to the pole position -  have not finish their rounds at the time of writing.
