 CHARLOTTE THOMAS THIRD ON 

HAWAII WITH FOUR-UNDER TOTAL



GB and Ireland selection for the Astor Trophy team tournament in Australia in January, Charlotte Thomas (pictured) from Surrey and Singapore - a third-year student at Washington University on the West Coast of America - finished third in this week's Nanea Pac12 Preview tournament at Nanea Golf Club, Kona on Hawaii.
Over a par-73 course of 6,392yd, Charlotte had stead rounds of 71, 73 and 71 for a four-under-par total of 215 
She finished six shots behind the world-ranked winner, Alison Lee (UCLA) who scored 68, 69 and 72 for 209, a shot ahead of a Thomas team-mate, Soo Bin Kim (68-72-70 for 210)
Another GB and I team selection, Bronte Law (UCLA) finished T21 in a field of 60 players. She scored 76, 76 and 73 for 2254.
Ashleigh Greenham, from London, a freshman student at Arizona State, finished T44 on 233 (83-76-74).
Charlotte Thomas's effort helped Washington University win the team title with a total of 865. UCLA (876) were second and Stanford (883) third in a field of 12 teams.
