SCOT TOPS $8,830,000 IN CAREER EARNINGS

CATRIONA MATTHEW MADE $541,951 IN 

2014 SEASON ON LPGA TOUR

Catriona Matthew collected $14,716 for a disappointing joint 27th place - she had climbed into the top 10 with one round to go but then posted a closing 76 - in the final event of the LPGA Tour season at Naples, Florida on Sunday.
The 45-year-old North Berwick player finished 32nd on the tour's 2014 money table with earnings of $541,951. She had four top-10 finishes in the 24 events she played.
Matthew, who made her debut on the LPGA Tour in 1995, has career earnings of $8,832,403, winning four times and achieving 99 top-10 finishes. She won the Ricoh Women's British Open in 2009.
