Karis drops to T6 at Lake Macquarie

Scots-born Karis Davidson dropped to a share of sixth place after scoring a three-over-par 76 in the second round of the Ladies Lake Macquarie Championship at Belmont Golf Club, New South Wales in Australia, writes Colin Farquharson.
The 16-year-old from Innerleithen in the Tweed Valley, who has lived in Queensland with her parents for the past eight years, is on one-over-par 147, five strokes behind the leader by three, +4 Australian handicapper Shelly Shin (Concord) who has had a pair of 71s for four-under 142.
Three members of the New Zealand team for next week's Astor Trophy international team tournament at Adelaide, have moved into the top 10: Hannah Green is lying second on 145 (71-74), Chantelle Cassidy is sharing third place on 146 (71-71) and Munchin Keh i sharing sixth place on 147 (74-73).
Ann Greatorex, who plays off 10 at Royal Blackheath Golf Club in England, has had a pair of 90s for 180.
