LIU v CLARK IN JONES-DOHERTY FLORIDA FINAL
Sophie Lamb's conqueror, Janie Freedman, lost in today's semi-finals of the Jones-Doherty Challenge Cup match-play tournament at Coral Ridge Country Club, Fort Lauderdale.
Freedman, the No 12 seed, was beaten 5 and 3 by Mika Liu, the teenage No 9 qualifier.
Saturday's final will feature Liu against Gina Clark, the No 6 seed, who beat Tara Joy Connelly, the No 7 qualifier, by two holes in today's other semi-final.
