Sammy Fuller now 13th, India Clyburn T15
at Harder Hall Invitational with round to go
Sammy Fuller, 15-year-old Roehampton GC member from Kingston-upon-Thames, shot a third-round 77 to slip out of the top 10 with one round to go in the 60th Harder Hall Women's Invitational at Sebring, Florida, writes Colin Farquharson.
This is the first 2015 event on the Orange Blossom Tour for lady/girl amateurs.
Sammy has a 54-hole tally of 13-over-par 229 and is in 13th place, 10 shots behind the all-the-way leader, Wake University fourth-year student Allison Emrey, who had a 74 for three-over 219.
Scottish U21 girls open champion India Clyburn (Woodhall Spa), pictured left by Cal Carson Golf Agency, from Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire, is improving with every round. Her one-over-par 73 was only one shot away from matching the best third-round score.
India, named after the daughter of Lord Louis Mountbatten who was the last Viceroy of India, is on 231 and sharing 15th place.
Defending champion and 2008 USA Curtis Cup player when her maiden name was Bolger, Meghan Stasi is lying 26th on 238 after a third-round 78.
Sammy Fuller's 12-year-old sister, Annabel had an 82 for 248 and is sharing 15th place in the First Flight, nine behind the leader of this category, Rachel Carpenter, 75 for 239.

Sebring, Florida –On a beautiful, partly sunny and cool day, Wake Forest
University senior year student Allison Emrey extended her lead at the 60th Harder
Hall Women’s Invitational by one more shot after posting her second two-over 74.
Her
two-over-par round included two birdies and four bogeys.
Emrey now holds a three-shot lead over 16-year old Nelly Korda of
Bradenton, Florida.
Nelly had a solid round of 73, which included birdies on 15 and
16. Home-town favourite, Kendall Griffin
also shot a 73 to move to 12th in the championship.
In the Forever Forty-nine division 2012 and 2014 champion Martha Leach of Hebron, Kentucky continues to lead after a 78,
and is trailed by two shots by Lisa Schlesinger of Laytonsville, Maryland, who fired
a third round 75.
The Ben Roman division, which concluded today after three
rounds, was won by Pat Hughes Gelardi of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. She captured the title in the
Marge Burns Flight by one stroke over Clare Aydlett with a three-round total
score of 260.
Other flight winners
include: Tish Preuss Flight - Mary Rhodes (266); Lancy Smith Flight: Teresa
Hudson ( 288).
